Langosteria in Paris is first and foremost a style, as well as a specific rhythm. It is about the refinement that has always been its hallmark. A window on the world with a view on the city of lights.

Fine dining is an art. It amazes with every dish. Excellence which only the finest ingredients can provide. At Langosteria, we know this very well: for us, the highest quality and freshness are a true credo. The best that the seas and rivers can provide always deserves an accompaniment of the same level. With the changing of seasons, a new style for our dishes. Whether they be Specials or other dishes from the menu. Proposals which – month after month – are enriched with new colours. The flavours change, our faith in that which matters does not: the utmost freshness that the season can provide. Everything comes back here to Langosteria, but always and only when it can be served at its best. There is only one certainty for us: the king crab is perfect all year round. It will never be absent from our menus. Enrico’s honour.

Langosteria opened in September its first restaurant outside Italy within Cheval Blanc Paris, the new Maison of the eponymous collection developed by LVMH. Facing the river Seine, the restaurant will be located on the seventh floor, with an indoor space that opens onto a terrace overlooking the Paris skyline.

The italian beat

The establishment of Langosteria restaurant in Paris represents the first step towards an internationalization process to position the brand in strategic locations worldwide. The Langosteria Group will encounter this new adventure with the enthusiasm that has always distinguished it, aiming to become a reference for fine dining also in the French capital.

«I am happy to kick off this new project, right from the city where I started dreaming about the first Langosteria in 2007. It is an exciting challenge that we face with our usual passion, confident that we will bring the same flavour of our cuisine also in Paris.»
