Fine dining is an art. It amazes with every dish. Excellence which only the finest ingredients can provide. At Langosteria, we know this very well: for us, the highest quality and freshness are a true credo. The best that the seas and rivers can provide always deserves an accompaniment of the same level. With the changing of seasons, a new style for our dishes. Whether they be Specials or other dishes from the menu. Proposals which – month after month – are enriched with new colours. The flavours change, our faith in that which matters does not: the utmost freshness that the season can provide. Everything comes back here to Langosteria, but always and only when it can be served at its best. There is only one certainty for us: the king crab is perfect all year round. Sweetness, consistency, softness, plus the right touch of saltiness. Langosteria’s signature for a starter that exalts the purest of flavours. Ancient methods are combined with ingredients of a superior quality. Simple elements, for clarity on the palate. And the joy of intense pleasure.

Pappa al pomodoro (bread and tomato soup) with clams
A traditional classic revisited in Langosteria style. The chef’s touch brings new life to Tuscan bread. Combining it with the red sweetness of the best peeled tomatoes. For an almost velvety texture: dense and delicate at the same time. A blend of wisely-dosed contrasts. With the help of a pinch of savouriness provided by the clams. And the spiciness of extra virgin olive oil from Puglia completing the dish.


Bigoli with anchovies “my way”
Banality and Langosteria have nothing in common. And thus, even the simplest pasta is transformed. A decisive twist, entrusted to the hands of the chef. The merit goes to a top-class sauce. The naturalness of anchovies, a dash of oil skilfully blended with garlic, a crunchy dusting of crumbled toasted bread… and a shadow of chilli, providing a harmonious touch of energy.

Grilled octopus with a concasse of mini plum tomatoes, dill and basil
From the depths of the abysses, the guarantee of superior quality. It is the size that makes the difference. And with octopus, size matters. Then all it takes is a light touch. Just slightly-seared softness. Accompanied by the discrete fragrance of basil and dill. All held together by the sweetness of tomato. Complementary flavours which transform and exalt everything.
