Via Savona 10 is the historical address of the Langosteria restaurant. Here, Enrico Buonocore’s long-awaited brainchild project – Langosteria Cucina – is developing. We will welcome our guests every night in a brand new setting, featuring an open kitchen and a beguiling bar. The experience will revolve around the notion of sharing, with our à la carte menu alternating Langosteria’s heirloom dishes with the continuous flow of innovations cooked by Chef Denis Pedron’s team.
The project was designed by Dimorestudio, and was fundamental to best express the concept of intimacy and style that gave rise to Langosteria Cucina. The choice of a warm color palette, with beige and off-white, creates a welcoming and hushed atmosphere.
Denis Pedron, Executive Chef, Sorin Tanasie, Restaurant Manager, and Valentina Bertini, Group Corporate Wine Manager – that’s the team Enrico Buonocore has carefully assembled to take the reins of this new venture. The Group’s 3 veteran managers rely on support provided by young talents, who are excited to take on this new challenge.
