At Langosteria, we know this very well: for us, the highest quality and freshness are a true credo. The best that the seas and rivers can provide always deserves an accompaniment of the same level. With the changing of seasons, a new style for our dishes. Whether they be Specials or other dishes from the menu. Proposals which – month after month – are enriched with new colours. The flavours change, our faith in that which matters does not: the utmost freshness that the season can provide. Everything comes back here to Langosteria, but always and only when it can be served at its best. There is only one certainty for us: the king crab is perfect all year round. Langoustine and foie gras tartare
The perfect combination of the sea and the sky. The marriage of langoustine and foie gras. Two of the noblest ingredients for the palate. We bring two of the big guns together for an absolute explosion of the senses. Instantly sublime, thanks to the unbreakable bond created by the Sauternes reduction.


Orecchiette with broad bean purée, shellfish and seafood
From Puglia with love. One of the simplest dishes par excellence becomes an icon. Enriched by the precious variety of seafood. Shellfish, mussels and clams are an irresistible expression of the Mediterranean. The final note of basil refreshes the spicy breeze which surrounds every mouthful.

Robata grilled lobster
From Japan, the most natural of preparations. Embers which recall the tastes of the summer in an instant. Mouth-watering fragrances, at times inebriating. The queen of the scene is the lobster. The most delicious of crustaceans: dressed in red, but with blue blood. Crispy and succulent, it delights with the softest of hearts. Everything is ready, let yourselves be tempted.
